Evaluation Standards

Crowder College Truck Driving Program personnel and industry leaders have established standards for student’s evaluation of skills and knowledge. Students will be given final evaluations on each training subject, with emphases being put on the road test and backing skills. Proficiency in coupling and uncoupling of units, pre-trip inspections, log book procedures, and DOT rules and regulations must be mastered, in order to successfully complete the program and receive certification. A student not meeting minimum program standards will not graduate.
