Any student requesting housing in the dorms should read, sign, and return the housing application to Crowder College. You should also contact the school one week prior to the first day of class. This allows the college to plan for the number of rooms needed and assures all students have an understanding of college housing policies. College housing does not provide all the comforts and privileges of an apartment, motel or home. Students should be aware of this before they arrive on campus. We do make every effort to see that each student is made to feel welcome and comfortable.

All students in the dorms are required to pay a $75.00 damage/cleaning deposit with the application, or to be paid the first day of class. No student will be admitted to the dorms if deposit is not paid. If the student follows proper check out procedures, the room is left in good repair and the student’s account is paid in full, the deposit will be refunded by mail.

Check-in: During first day of class
Check-out: As scheduled with dorm supervisor

The college furnishes each student’s dorm with a desk and chair, twin bed, and chest of drawers. Students are expected to bring all bed linens, bath linens, personal toiletries and laundry supplies. Laundry facilities available in the dorm area.

Each student is expected to keep their area clean. The college supplies trash bags and house cleaning supplies.

Transportation is not provided. Students who don’t have a personal vehicle on campus may be able to make arrangements with another student for travel to and from the main campus for class and meals.
